I have just recently gotten an hp laptop w/ windows7 and I plugged in my daughters ipod and it says that it can't recognize device i have tried uninstalling itunes and reinstalling it. that didn't work. I have uninstalled usb drivers and reinstalling them that didn't work.I have been on apples site too. I am really frustrated! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
