I have seen many different tutorials and advice columns on the best PPC strategies in terms of the messaging in the ad. Some say that putting a dollar amount (whether it is a sale price or savings amount) draws the most traffic. Others say that discussing relieving pain points (ie, 'end your reporting nightmares' or 'never worry about audits again') are more beneficial.
