hi

can someone tell me how to write a code in assembly language(ASM16,TASM Compiler,Windows) to implement a simple countdown timer (to miliseconds accuracy) display on the command prompt screen?

after starting the program when you press the space - the stopwatch will start - press space bar again - stopwatch stop.
