I am in the market for an unlocked PDA Phone that operates on the GMS system. What would be your recommendation for a PDA Phone that has the following:

Windows OS
Good phone and good PDA
Touch-screen and key board
External voice memo button
Camera
Prefer to look up numbers and call with one hand
