Sadine and tuna, try to put some omege 3's in place.

Today is a national holiday in USA (Memorial Day), and most people have a barbecue. We cooked hamburgers, brots, pork ribs, pork chops. Also made cole slaw and potato salad. There was enough food to feed an army, so I don't think anyone will ge cooking at my house for awhile.

And of course, since I'm retired US military, I have lots of US flags flying around my home in honor of the many brave men and women who gave their lives for my freedom.

Leg of giant chicken and grilled dogs, glass of dandelion wine.

Soya bean milk with grilled salmon and noodles.

Very strong coffee with cream.

Ring Donuts ("no i'm not a policeman").

Fruit cake with waluts on top

A hearts of palm salad with artichoke and tomato, a touch of raspberry vinaigrette and almond shavings.

Try to get my salads in before that nasty German bug gets over here!

beef stew cooked in a slow cooker for about 8 hours.

My favorite quick-meal, ground turkey and sliced green beans. Cook it once and eat it all week.

Donuts with extra sugar on top plus apple juice.

A couple of gooseberry scones and a mug of extra strong coffee.

Eating wassant bun. The one with chocolate inside and shape like a mini bun.

Sesame glazed chicken strips on rice and snap peas. Cow milk to drink.
