Hi All
I am a final year student, currently studying Business Information Technology and need a little advise for my final year project.
I have decided to look into the concept of customer relationship management (CRM) however, i am unsure at the present time as to the angle i want to take in this area.
Can anyone suggest any potential avenues which i could investigate that may be business specific to SME's. (i recently completed a placement with a small IT telemarketing firm and would like to use them as a case study somehow) Im just asking for any ideas of how to scope such a project to give it a business and or IT direction, given some of your experiences as IT practitioners/professionals. Any information would be really appreciated.
