I’ll second the recommendation for Ahrefs if you want to keep track of your backlinks.

My biggest complaint with it was it often found realllllllly old links for the first time, so I wasn’t easily able to track how many new links I had per day, per week, etc.

Promoting products or services in the best social networking sites helps to boost up the websites ranking in search engine.

Twitter,
Linkedin,

Instagram,

Best Social media Sites includes Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, myBridge, Pinterest, Tumblr, Instagram

Wow, I can’t believe this thread is from 11 years ago; it feels like a different internet back then! It’s 2025 now, and so much has changed.

Back in the day, Facebook and Twitter were the leading players, and even Google+ was still a thing (RIP). Fast forward to now, Twitter has undergone a complete rebrand and is now called x.com. It’s still around, but honestly, the vibe is different.

Lately, I’ve been trying out BlueSky (https://bsky.app), and it kinda reminds me of early Twitter—simple, open, and not overrun with ads or noise. It could be a solid spot to grow early if you're involved in any SEO-related activities.

Additionally, social media may not directly impact your Google rankings, but it’s an effective way to increase visibility, drive traffic, and even secure some backlinks. So it still matters.

Anyone else here using BlueSky?

commented: Yes. Mostly because of X's owner and their Nazi salutes. +17
commented: Yep, using BlueSky too. Feels like classic Twitter—clean and chill. Great potential if it stays this way. +0
