Hi. I've had my Inspiron E1505 for about 2 years, and for a few months now this problem has been occurring. I'm not completely certain it's the keyboard's problem, though.

When first experienced, it would seem that the letter d is stuck, but it stops of its own accord. Stuck, as in when the cursor's in a text box, it runs off d's either forever, or just a half dozen or so. But the processor seems to be affected as well. During the "forever" period, the processor locks up to 100% capacity, and no other inputs are accepted. I've thought that it has something to do with the System Idle Process, as that all too frequently stalls all computing activity.

I started using an external keyboard through USB because of the problem, hoping it would solve the problem.

Most of the occurrences (both "d" and system idle) happen mostly while I'm in the middle of one of the games I play online. So far the "D" problem has happened 4 times while typing this message. *update: Actually 6 times. Very frustrating.

Any ideas?

Help would be much appreciated!
