My daughter's computer won't get past the beep at start up, and seems to get in a loop where it keeps trying to start, then resets itself and goes through it all again.
The last time it happened I dusted the motherboard and it ran ok, but this time it didn't work. I am not sure if the dusting actually helped, or whether it was a fluke.
Is it something I will be able to fix? I am not exactly sure what could be causing the problem.
