This is a solved problem worth sharing:
After replacing power connector on back of laptop it wont start, so tried everithing posted in this forums in order to make it start but it will not go pass the lights blink part and blank screen, even put heat paste on cpu just to get fans to stop running or slow down, nothing worked. But this morning i took it appart and did some cleaning on motherboard using just a brush and no cleaners but when removing the heathsink for the cpu the cpu stick to the heatsink because of the heat paste applied previously, after removing the cpu and trying to put it back to cpu socket was noticed that the socket lock was not fully closed, so using a small slot screwdriver it was managed to get fully seated on socket and lock fully closed. After doing that and re-assembling the unit it started, fans ran only for a couple of seconds and stop and it went to fully load windows. After that the fans start and stop only when cpu is hot.
