Ready to toss my laptop!! I have a Toshiba P4 laptop -- with a problem that I cannot diagnose.

Here's the issue:

When the internal wireless card connects to a wireless network, the system freezes instantly.

I've tried connecting a Belkin USB - installed all the software, etc.. and get the same problem.

I've updated my drivers for both cards.

Here's the kicker....

It only seems to happen with the connection on the newer wireless routers. It won't happen on my router at home, a friends home, or at Starbucks using the hotspot. Also - when the wireless card is turned on and there's no network available, the computer won't lockup either.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
