Windows XP SP2 is failing to recognise any NEW pnp devices.
Instead the New Hardware wizard pops up and unsuccessfully tries to find drivers.
All existing USB devices are recognised and work fine but even if the new devices are connected into the USB ports that work with the existing devices the problem still occurs.
Also, existing devices can be swapped to any other USB port and still get recognised without problem
Any ideas?
