Hi,
I am running an Asus M2N-E, and an Athlon 64 3800+ X2. For some reason, the system is continuing to freeze/hang, and the only way to get it to unfreeze, is I have to physically nudge the box. Once it freezes, it will continue to be in that state until I go and nudge it, like I said before. This (mostly) results in loss of time, and some other issues.
I've replaced the motherboard battery, reset RTC RAM before. All drivers are currently up-to-date, and system temps are all normal, so are voltages. I have absolutely no idea what this could be, and I've been trying to solve this problem for about 4 months now.
Any ideas?
System:
- Athlon 64 3800+
- Asus M2N-E (nForce 570 chipset)
- 512MB (x2) PC 5400 - 533Mhz
- Seagate 160GB Sata
- SoundMAX HD Audio
- Antec 450wt PSU (Came with case - Antec Sonata II)
- MSI NX7600GS 256MB PCIX video card
Thanks
