Hi, I have the same error, and creating the new service on port 26 worked for me, I think someone is blocking the access to my servers port 25 from the IP of my office, because I can send mails from public wifi hotspots.
Well now I can use the port 26, but there is an issue, the server responded that the domain is not in rcpthosts, but it its, it worked fine on port 25...

SO my question is:
1) is there a way to check who or where I'm being blocked to access my server's port 25?
2) how to reactivate or make the system allow the domains on the rcpthosts file. without the realy error message.

Im using plesk 7.5.4 on fedora core 2. (godaddy)

I did get correct response: 220 mail.domain.com ESMTP

This is the error I get when trying to send mail through my mail client:
This occurs no matter where I try to send mail from (four separate locations with different ISPs).
