Hello I am in need of help.
My Computer is very very very slow at the moment.
I tried to fix this issue by going into my MsConfig to no avail I go into Run and type in McConfig and nothing happens I also try the search feature and nothing happens, my Help & Support Center also does not launch.

Can someone please help Me???
