DSL Connection

Modem Light & router lights ok

I have a problem OCCASSIONALLY where I get 2 bars on the botttom of the screen & then dns issues.

IF I Right Click & Close the windows, for the most part then its ok???? I have to close the windos & go to desktop?

Any ideas on this one?????
