Hi. I've been receiving that same message but with a bit of a different circumstance. I use Windows XP and Meditech, and I can access Meditech via either the internet or dial-up. Sometimes the internet is bogged down and slow, and it is at those times that I prefer to use the dial-up connection, but I've had a problem with my dial-up modem. It seems that when I have a fairly newly installed dial-up modem, it works fine, but once I've been "kicked off" the internet connection with Meditech, the dial-up modem will no longer work, and I get a flashing message stating: "CTS time-out {04E0h}." I'm very puzzled by this and haven't been able to obtain any resolution, so any light you might be able to shed on this would be GREATLY appreciated.
