From Access I establish a link to a folder I created under Contacts in Outlook. The link works fine and I can add records both ways but the records show up in Outlook as a Yellow Envelopes and not the normal Contact icon (Small card with head on left side). In this format I can only few as a Contact and the records do not show up in my address book when emailing. I can see the sub folder I created and able to select it but it shows empty. If I go back to the Contacts tab in Outlook I can see the records in that Sub Folder (but they have the the Yellow Envelope icon).
If I manual click add new contact to the sub folder it adds the record to the bottom, this time with the normal Contacts icon. I can also now see the new contact from my email address book but still can view the other entries that came over from my Access link.
Any ideas whats wrong
