no i've known this girl for a while i met her through some friends. so she lives relatively closer to me plus i've been hanging out with her lately. So its not as hopeless as the last one.
i e-mailed her earlier today just asking how the past 2 weeks have been or what i missed and such. but no reply yet i'm not expecting one either at the moment
no i started off just like getting to know her in the fir like 2 with basic questions then was like o we live close to each other we should hang out some time then i went on just talking about some like funny experiences i've had with my friends and such and then my step brother is actually going to college out there so the last e-mail i sent her said something along the lines of "hey my step-brother is going to college out in your town maybe it's a chance we could hang out?" and no reply since then.... o well i guess moving on? that kinda sucks that i didn't even get to like hang out with her once before being rejected... but hey thats life... it happens.
thanks, uh i think i might just give up i've been sending her a couple e-mails n such. I sent then like 2 and a half weeks ago and she used to check it every night so i'm going to assume she read them, and she hasn't responded. I don't know how to get back in touch with her i think maybe i might have been too forward or something because like 2 or 3 e-mails into it i asked her to go out somewhere and it seemed like she wanted to but then she just stopped answering me ;'(... failure? any advise to get her to talk again without seeming like "HEY I HAVE TO TALK TO YOU CUZ I WANNA DATE YOU"
ok well lol that was a weird argument... any whom yeah I'm pretty humble i don't like to show off my money as it would seem. It makes me uncomfortable because it makes me feel like I'm being an asshole in some way because i have something nice and i don't like that feeling... so i try and keep it practical uh and any news for how to get back talking with her in a subtle way? well I'm gone for the next 2 weeks Back Packing so leave advice for me please!!! thank see you on the 24. hmmm well i am wealthy. i hate to say it but i kind of am. I would actually take her to a 4 or maybe even 5 star restaurant because i go to them often enough and I don't feel awkward at those kinds of places. She just lives on the other side of Los Angeles in a poorish/middle class/country area and i live next to the beach in a richer area. Which is generally 100 miles apart. I don't mind driving the distance its just that there aren't and 4/5 star restaurants in that area that i know of and i don't anticipate any over there. and i don't think taking her to the other side of town on the first date would be looked upon too kindly. Also i don't know if were on good speaking terms anymore it was going good for a while n we would e-mail back and forth a lot but i haven't gotten a response from my last e-mail i sent her roughly 3 days ago ;-(. should i just e-mail and ask her if we're on bad speaking terms or something? I'm lost...
lol thank you for the advice i guess I'm on god speaking terms at the moment. I haven't asked her out on a REAL date yet just to go and hang out somewhere. I am going backpacking for the next 2 weeks so there is the plus that I'll be in good shape when i get back. KOMPEKI!!! my sisters best friend growing up is going to college out in the town she lives in which gives me an excuse for "well i was in you town about 100 miles away from my own and wanted to see if you wanted to hang out?" (9'>')9 woot woot i have a fighting chance i hope
oh and to answer the laptop keybord different first uhte keyboard isnt at an angle like my one at home so i have to reach a bit farther and and havemy hands placed differently which messes up my usual accuracy for one, and also its slightly more compact that my desktop keyboard aka th keys n such are closer together and slightly smaller which also fucks up my typing. Those are my reasons n im sticking to them.
yeh its really her i met her in real life uh no she doesn't have a boy friend to the extent of my knowledge i didnt straight on ask but she doesn't have any pictures of any guys on her Myspace which i would assume like most girls if she had a boy friend he would be all over it and also she was dressed like "Amane Misa" from "Death Note".
yeh im usually pretty articulate im just on a laptop that im not used to at the moment im out of town n using a borowed laptop for basic internet needs and such so when i get back to my desk top my posts will be more legible also i re-read what i write before i e-mail it off to her
how should i tell her that im interested???? just be like her i know i met u like 5 days ago but i really like you it owuld be akward i think i'd kill myself in the suspense for the response back
hazukashi desune means im nervous in japanese uh how should i asked her out i asked her if she wanted to hang sometime but i dont know how to say "hey i know i just met you but i would relaly like to drive 2 hours to see you" that would be weird it sounds like i want to like kidnap her or sumthing
agreed there is no substitute from the phone but if i talked to her on that i would get extremely nervous n stutter n be really quiet it would b a mess without knowing her that much
well im 17 n she is 16 i live in Malibu CA which is a suburb of LA theres nothing to do in Malibu its a beach town i usualy just go do crazy things with friends in Santa monica "a close town" but its exciting but not date worthy its shit that i could only do wiht other guys "like ghost ride the whip" (where everyone including the driver jumps out of the car while the assengers get on the roof of the car the driver runs along side the car its roughly moving at 10-15 miles an hour so its not too fast) or going out to norms "a diner similar to denny's" at 2 in the morning and just hanging out i know a could really good cafes around hte town but she lives on the other side of LA "like 100 miles away" so traveling si a slight problem for her i can drive but i dont know how to ask her all the way out to Santa Monica Malibu area i guess the beach would be a good place for the beach but if i do that im gonna have to fast for like a week n work out like crazy cuz im averagely built but no like 6 pack n im not all to "sculpted" where have you been on past dates?
i'm pretty good at listening but i kow her favorite anime is the same as mine "Death note" n i dunno what we should do on the date any suggestions on that too?

agreed come on man if u were to go to a star trek convention and said "hey baby i've got all 7 seasons TNG on DVD u wanna come back to my place" i think she would buy it and there would be sex to start trek that night lol
That is true i suppose although i do like star trek... Hence why like a true geek i would tape the marathon using foxtel IQ and watch it later. Or find a girl who would actually want to watch it and use the fact i have the marathon taped on my Foxtel IQ as a pickup line :P
yeh but i still hope everyone here is a star trek fan lol wot to TOS and TNG SPOK AND DATA BEAT i hope i hear back from this girl soon its beter than disney land as a kid lol
