I found here an article about how to use the Frame Buffer Object in OpenGL,the only problem is my compiler gives an error on compilation `glGenFramebuffersEXT' undeclared (first use this function) "

My question is , what are the FBO functions for OpenGL version 1.3 ,if there aren't any how to send a texture to video memory fast?

I'm using Dev C++ on Windows XP
