Dear Friends,
i am just a beginner with C and ma learning it since last 2 days. I found it very interesting. But what I want to do now is that i have to make a tool to filter a image with a low pass filter. does any one know how to go for it or any ideas. I would highly appreciate any help. I think will get some for sure.
