I have been trying to install Pymmlib for viewing and manipulating mmcif files for my Bio informatics project but i can seem to get it installed it shows that a lot of dependencies are missing can anyone please tell me how i can successfully make this work also where do all the apps i install using yum go to i cant seem to access them like Biopython is there anyway i can invoke a function on Biopython i use a Fedora Core 6 OS and are there repos for every program? Can anyone give me a step by step guide to get pymmlib running?
