Need to set header and footer in all the pages while printing from a jsp

Hi,

I have a Jsp where am displaying around 300 records in a table.I am invoking javascript : print method to give print commnad to the printer.

My problem is if am setting header and footer in the Jsp then header is coming in the first page and footer in the last page.

My requirement is it should come in all the pages as header and footer.

Please suggest.....
