Hello Every Body

I am making one web application where user can login with there user id and password. Now I have my windows 2003 Server where I used to create user who join my company and remove when any one leave my company.
I want to fetch the records of staff from my Windows 2003 Active Directory and validate them while login in my PHP application.

How can I do this I need help on this issue.
