"Confirm" window pop up for Firefox, IE but not Chrome

A "Confirm" window pop up for Firefox, IE but not Chrome for my web page with auto refresh every 10 seconds by javascript.
Attached is the screen shot.
How to stop this "Confirm" window from popping up?
