Slide effects help

Hi
Am currently attaching 2 files, but am concerned with the javascript file, whereby I want to make the transition of the slideshow follow almost same as the flash one, anyone can help me?

Also I did not start the jscript from scratch, was an example which I found on the net, and tried customize to use for my own project.
