Picture above shows that i have a nested gridview
which is supplier gridview inside question gridview
how do i insert into one mysql table.while according to which question, which supplier, userid and also answer...

inside my mysql table contains of

userid
supplier
question_id (to replace long question)
answer


Urgent ....
i need help on this...totally no idea..how to do it
do i need javascript to do this?
Need advice on this.
