JQuery form validation problem

hi there,

i have a problem with the ui-state-error part using JQuery form validation. here's the code:

when i enter an invalid input, of course, an error message prompts. after that, i click on cancel and when i add another contact, the error messages still prompts. any ideas on how to fix this? :)
