I am unable to apply this style to Cell A16.
I want to make horizontal boarder around cells.

 $objPHPExcel->getActiveSheet()->getStyle('A16')->getBorders()->getHorizontal()->setBorderStyle(PHPExcel_Style_Border::BORDER_THICK);
