Hi, Google also scans your site for keywords and compares the results to the keywords in your campaign for relevance. The algorithm also looks for "red flag" words.

Some key strategies that should help:

  • Totally optimize your landing pages for the keywords as if you were optimizing for SEO.
  • Include contact us, privacy, disclaimers on the page.
  • Put keywords into VERY VERY closely related Ad groups.
  • Have keywords in Ad headline, Ad body, Display url & crucially on landing page.

Tip: Avoid 1 word keywords! They are for suckers.
(E.G if you sell shoes, don't bid on the keyword "Shoes")

Its more about relevancy... Your domain name, keyword selection, ad group name, campaign name, ad copy title all should be relevant which will give you high quality score

Look there is three major factors, first and most important is CTR (around 60%), second is relevancy of ad texts (around 25%), Landing page quality (around 10%) and other factors may be (around 5%).

7/10 is pretty good.
