How can i make a boot disk for running CHKDSK on a sata HDD on a raid ???

check www.bootdisk.com ,winxp bootdisk there .not sure if matters if it raid or sata ,but im guessing it doesn't .

Use the XP cd and a floppy disk with the SATA controller/motherboard drivers on it

Boot the XP cd and then you use R to get into the recovery console (like DOS) where you can run Chkdsk. I cant rememember where it is, but at some point it will say "HIT F6 TO INSTALL SCSI/RAID DRIVERS"
