I have a Lite-On Cd Burner and every time i try to burn a cd its gives my the error message "SCSI/IDE Command Aborted" Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

I Have the Same Problem with my LiteOn DVD-RW and I tryed updating the firmware BUT everytime i click on the file to update the fireware the link takes me to the same page. But i have came to the conclusion that it may be the brand of disc i try to burn on to because some brands work but most dont. this may help if you havent seen it go to this forum http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/202926 but if you find a real firmware update help me!!!!!!!
