R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page_bak = http://www.ynet.co.il/
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

This looks like a virus
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [oijifnkfec] C:\WINDOWS\system32\vfgozgce.exe
unless you know what this file does then i would get rid of it (don't forget to set a system restore point before deleting things with hijackthis).

Hi!
I am sorry , but the lines are belong to my startpage in IE, isn't it? It is not spyware, I think.

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.ynet.co.il/
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page_bak = http://www.ynet.co.il/

Thanks.

Open Task Manager & end process on the following:
sana.exe

Then go to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data & delete the file manually.
In order to view that file you will have to select 'show hidden files/folders.' Instructions on how to here.

Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked':

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00000010-6F7D-442C-93E3-4A4827C2E4C8} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [oijifnkfec] C:\WINDOWS\system32\vfgozgce.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Theb] C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\sana.exe

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here & navigate to & delete the following if found:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\vfgozgce.exe-file

Reboot normally after doing the above, rescan with hijackthis making certain that all instances of Internet Explorer are closed, then post that log here please.

I did all these things. vfgozgce.exe file wasn't found in system32 folder. This is the hijackthis log:
