-this happens on chrome, firefox and IE9, i usually use chrome, and ive been reinstalling and installing java and adobe flash. please help :(

Assuming you are running Win7? Have you tried the same with a live Linux DVD/CD to see if it may be OS related?

try to uninstall the browser are you using firefox or google chrome... try to uninstall it then install it back...

certain antiviruses can cause this problem it is just inteference between the Av and you networking card(s) i would recommend changing antivirus to either AVAST! or AVGFREE as they are both effective and free

Just for others' information.
It can be an OS bug.
This problem occurs because of a change that a cumulative security update for Internet Explorer made to the Urlmon.dll file. This change corrected a problem where some compressed files were not parsed correctly over a Security Sockets Layer (SSL) connection while the Do not save encrypted pages to a disk security option in Internet Explorer was selected.

To work around this problem, follow these steps:
On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab.
In the Settings box, scroll down to the Security section, and then make sure that the Do not save encrypted pages to a disk check box is not selected.
May be GZIP is not compatible with the browses. That can cause a similar issue.

Must include system information when do posting.

Thanks!
