ok im not that good at the tech stuff about pc's k!! so iv got the same prob as the other people junk keeps on appering in my favorites and iv got spybot s&D and ad-aware 6 and norton 2004 and nothing gets rid of the junk plz help WITH OUT THE TECH STUFF!!! plz if u can :D and im runing win xp

Update all your virus scanners/firewalls

Update AdAware & Spybot

RUN EVERYTHING 2-3 TIMES TILL IT'S GONE DON'T FORGET TO REBOOT & RERUN EVERYTHING!

nope nothing worked :( got anything eles i can use and whare can i find the file s&d is scaning?? thers a load of sh*te in there i just got my pc restarted 2 days ago and thers so much sh*t in it there was teenxxx,sexxx and phonexxx whare dose all this come from???

Download HijackThis from here & unzip it into it's own, permanent folder, (Not a temporary folder or the desktop & not directly on your hard drive). Start HJT & press the scan button. When the scan is finished the scan button will change to save. Save the log to a text file, copy the entire contents of the text file & paste it into the body of your post. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET. Most of what is there is harmless & even necessary to the running of your system.
