Your log looks clean.

Two firewalls & two AV's ?? Looking for some conflict, are we?? You will find that only one firewall will work & the other wasting resources. Or, put a better way, one firewall will intercept possible in/excursions before the other one, rendering the second superfluous.
Two AV's on the same system can conflict unless you disable one from startup & make it the on-demand scanner.

this is what i got on my system,

antivir personal edition, zonealarm free , spyware gaurd, sygate personal firewall (free) , norton antivirus 2003, ad aware, and spybot, and asquared.

what should i keep??

My own personal opinion is to keep sygate over zone alarm. Never heard of asquared, keep both AV's if you wish, just disable one from starting up & use that one as the on demand scanner.

please remeber these are free versions im talking, so if you think sygate free's good ill keep it. + im gonna buy a real one, whatas better norton or Macaffe
