We purchased a Dell laptop with a dvd burner, only to realize that it didn't have dvd burning software. It seems as though all the dvd burning software I look at (Nero, Roxio, etc) get terrible reviews. I'm looking for a basic, reliable software that I can use to burn slideshow movies made in Windows Movie Maker onto dvd's.
Any suggestions?

I am certain that the OP has one in mind :).

Are you sure you don't have Sonic, which usually comes with Dells?
If you want to play in a DVD player, get Nero.

Go for NERO latest version. Almost 90% laptops, pc comes with preinstalled NERO verion.

Hi midnightsun...
I prefer using Express burn by NCH Software.
It is free and also Spyware Free.
You can download it here.

Hope you like it.
