What would cause Photoshop 7.0 to refuse to open completely? I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It shows up in my programs but when I click to open it, only the load up page shows then reverts back to desktop. I am using Windows XP and have had PS7 on this PC for several years. It started acting this way today. Any idea? Help would be greatly appreciated.
