Our project is based on bluetooth technology . the PDA is communicate with PC via bluetooth. So that what should do for write code in PDA as well as PC.

The .NET compact framework does not natively provide support for bluetooth, so you will need to device specific support I believe. Try google'n "Codeproject bluetooth c#" to see some examples. If supporting a particular PDA, you might include that in your search as well.

I think It's related to .Net Compact Framework Not .Net FrameWork.
.Net Compact Framework is useful for Mobile Programming.
