I am working on a project where I should create wordpress theme based on given mockups. My contract says all the code will be property of company I am working for. Not that it is big deal because I doubt anyone will read that but I wanted to know what license will apply here.
And if I am not solely designing entire theme who should be author of the theme?

Since it's many authors the company's name is usually what goes there.
