2 day old Cawl, cheese, crusty bread and Felinfoel beer.
I wish had these for dinner the past week. Sadly, I don't cook much because work.

I ate 1/2 package of shrimp(cook) with ketchup tonight. The package cost like $27 dollars from the fish market. I have the other half in my refrigerator.

Had dinner at LotaWatta Creek this evening. Meatloaf with Gravy, Green Beans, and Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. It's a local restaurant that is always busy.

About 3 tablespoons hemp seeds, I bought them just yesterday after hearing about them on Dr Oz tv show. They taste like finly chopped nazel nuts.
