i forgot my password.now i have to log in via google plus.can any one tell me how to reset the passowrd,password reset option showing error message.thanks!

first they ask to give my email then answer the question are u robot(say no).after put no in the answer box this message appeares:
Unable to load the requested file: email_password.php
