Seems like it might have gotten stuck in a race condition when multiple people were trying to delete it?? I did a thorough search in the database and this is the only occurrence of this ever happening. I'll make a mental note to investigate a potential code bug if something similar should happen again.

I think the OP mentioned issues when posting, so not sure what happened. I didn't get to press delete in any case.
