I'll start with the obvious, this is a really great forum, I've read several of the posts and am impressed with the fantastic suggestions and solutions offered.

I have no web programming skills, the foundation of the site was professionally done but I've had to further develop it myself (the original designer didn't really finish everything and will not perform any additional work).
I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions, and be brutal, I have thick skin, I just want it to be the best possible.
On the other hand, for really raw html newbies, I can provide some tips and insights of what I've had to power learn very quickly and some of the resources out there that put things in layman's terms, so I look forward to contributing a little.
