hi i am a student i have done my 12 year education but now i can;t get admission in university due to my personal matter i am very fond to learn computer programming like java c++ i spend more then 10 hour daily while in understang their syntax and how to program but i can not understand i am at initial stage please suggest me what i should do and how can i do please help me

I suggest you focus on small parts of programming like, focusing on Arrays until you fully understand them. try creating simple applications just for fun.
alternatively you can look for video tutorials online like lynda.com.
