Im currently applying for a position as an E-Learning Developer. And I don't have a clear idea to what the said position really is. All I know is that it requires some knowledge in Multimedia Technology, thats all.

A while ago, the company I was applying in called me up and said that I have a scheduled technical interview for tomorrow.

Can somebody please explain to me what an E-Learning Developer does? And if possible, give me some tips and pointers with regards to the technical interview.

This Depends on the type of position you are applying for, I see in the description that the position is Business Development which means it might be more promoting than developing.
If it is purely technical then you would be responsible in designing and developing online coursewares as you see on lot of online training websites.
