hi i am about to promote my site.. and a friend of mine recomend me www.bus-kangoo.com a ppc search engine.. its cheap to get my site listed there.. but i would like to know if its worth it or not... my friend told me that it is.. but i need more opinions lol

I've never heard of it. Most likely not. I would start with Google AdWords if you want to get into PPC.
