Hi,

I think social bookmarking would be better not only for SEO purpose but also for traffic purpose if only you could use tags and reviews on those sites according to your targeted keywords tactically.

in my view directory submission process are get too late to approve our site but Social book marks are not like that.... :) its my self experience.....
