Quality score is a calculative term which is calculated on quality of your ad content, number of clicks on the ad, type of keywords used. It is calculated by the google itself. Higher the quality score, lower the cost per click.

Quality Score is a collective score of combination of kewords, tag line, your ad title, your description and the url you provide to display etc. that google will provide your advertisement that you create to generate business.
