I'm not sure yet I'll try free trial. I have used Raven Tools before but not SEO Profiler

I use keyword suggestion tool and meta tag generator tool. These are helpful for onpage seo.

The best tool is Google Analytic tool whcih is useful to determine traffic geographically and we can see at what time and from which source, we are getting traffic for our website. It also tells conversion and bounce rate.
